Shipping Policy

Shipping costs (goes by weight) depend on where your doll is being shipped to and are added on top of the list price. Shipping rates are as set by Australia Post.

In the event where the actual shipping costs are less than what you paid for shipping, we will refund you the extra costs through the payment method used for your purchase.

If you wish to check what your final shipping costs will be, please do not hesitate to send us a message.

Please note that we are not responsible for any duty, import, taxes, customs etc. charges you may incur. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, undeliverable, change-of-mind packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

We also do not cover postage costs if you are returning the item because you changed your mind. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in this instance.

 

Domestic shipping times

The estimated parcel post delivery times for domestic deliveries (as suggested by Australia Post) are as follows:

Sending within New South Wales -

Metro: up to 2 business days

Country: up to 5 business days

Sending interstate -

Metro: up to 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points

Country: please ask at your local Post Office

If you should wish to speed up delivery, you can also select Express shipping. Please note that as advised by Australia Post, the current circumstances mean that next-business-day delivery cannot be guaranteed at the moment.

 

International shipping times

All international parcels are sent via Australia Post International Standard rate which includes parcel tracking.

Please note that current circumstances mean that deliveries can take longer than normal. Typically, we estimate parcels to be delivered in 3-4 weeks.

Return & Exchange Policy

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders for any crochet or amigurumi items

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
